A total of three Iranian movies ‘A House on 41st Street’, ‘Ghashang & Farang’ and ‘Bench Cinema’ are set to contend at ‘FERFILM’ International Film Festival currently underway in Kosovo.
Catregorized as fiction genre at the event the selected Iranian movies will vie in the Feature Film strand of the fest along with 21 titles from other countries, including the US, Greece, Germany and Italy.
Hamid-Reza Qorbani, Vahid Mousaian and Mohammad Rahmanian have directed ‘A House on 41st Street’, ‘Ghashang & Farang’ and ‘Bench Cinema’, respectively.
‘A House on 41st Street’ screened at several film fests such as Sao Paulo International Film Festival in Brazil and Tiburon International Film Festival in the US.
‘Ghashang & Farang’ went on screen at Busan Film Festival in South Korea while film events such as the Bengaluru International Film Festival in india and Sao Paulo International Film Festival showcased ‘Bench Cinema’.
Latest edition of ‘FERFILM’ International Film Festival runs September 2-6 in Kosovar city of Ferizaj.
